Valentine Surprise. Zen x Reader

   “Come on, babe wake up already,” Zen whined shaking ___’s shoulder playfully. Finally his lover turned over groaning softly. “Were you up late again on the messenger?” ___ nodded softly reaching out, tugging on Zen’s shirt, he chuckled. “Come on sleepy head get up,” she whimpered. “No, I won’t lie down with you, I’ve made breakfast and it’s going to get cold. We can cuddle afterward.”
   ___ sat up rubbing her eyes and opened her, arms, Zen sighed lovingly at her. Bending down, pulling the blankets off her and scooping her up in his arms. Carrying her out of their room and to the kitchen table, setting her down at the table.
   “You’re starting to make this a habit,” Zen chuckled as he brushed some hair from her face. “Not that I mind holding you so close and taking care of you, especially after I do to you before bed.” Zen winked at ___, making her blush.
   Clearing her throat, “so you made breakfast?”
   “Yes, I did, my love.” Zen quickly pecked a kiss on her cheek before turning away to get the plates he had prepared. He placed a short stack of pancakes in the shape of a heart.
   “Oh, Zenny~! This is so cute, thank you!”
   “Happy Valentine’s Day, ___,” giving her a passionate kiss, ___ was quick to respond and tilt her head, deepening the kiss. She lightly licked his top lip, trying to pull him even closer, which makes him pull away with a small blush.
   “It’s far too early to be releasing the beast, babe. We should eat,” Zen quickly took his seat next to her, digging into his own stack of pancakes.

   Zen was keeping to his promise earlier, cuddling with his girlfriend. ___ was lying on his chest in between his legs, resting her head on his shoulder. He had pulled a blanket over the both of them earlier to keep her warmer, since she was only in his t-shirt and some underwear, as they watched one of his plays.
   “I will never get over how handsome, I am in this.”
   “The view in person is much better,” ___ placed a gentle kiss on his jawline.
   “I can’t disagree with that,” he chuckled, shaking her a bit, making her smile.
   “What else are we doing for today? Do I have to put on pants?”
   Zen gave her a devious smirk. “I wanted to go out for a bit, later, so you can just wear a dress if you don’t wanna wear pants.” Zen thought for a moment. “But nothing too short, please.”
   “Where are we going?”
   “You’ll just have to see.”



   “Zeeennnn!” his love whined while holding his hand, digging her heels into the carpet. He was playfully trying to drag her into the bedroom to get ready to leave. “I don’t wanna go anywhere. For Valentine’s I want to spend the whole day with you since you’ve been working so much.”
   “I know I have and I’m sorry but that’s we’ve got to out because I can’t just neglect you and make you stay home all day. I want the world to know you’re still mine.”
   She finally let him pull her into their room. “I’ll be your as long as you want me, Hyun,” she mumbled shyly, she always had a slight worry about not being with him forever.
   “Then you’ll be with me forever,” Zen pulled her closely to him. “You’re the most beautiful person in this world and the only one who's ever been able to heal my heart.” Zen rubbed his thumb across her cheek. “I wouldn’t be the amazing man I am today without you. I couldn’t bare to think how to think to continue my life without you.”
   ___ was blushing but her smile was much more prominent to him. “I hope that never changes,” Zen simply nodded before kissing her.


   Zen and ___ were walking down the streets to whatever he had planned, when they were finally stopped, by some of his fans. Zen agreed to signatures and photos as long as he didn’t have to leave her side. His fans were a bit disappointed but understood because it was Valentine’s Day.

   “Okay we’re almost there,” Zen smiled, which his blindfolded girlfriend couldn’t see, as he had an arm wrapped around her shoulder, guiding her.
   “Good, I dislike this blindfold,” she giggled.
   “You don’t mind it when we’re alone at night,” he squeezed her softly before pressing a long loving kiss to her temple. She was blushing once again, he would never tire of her innocence, well what small innocence she had left that is.
   Zen removed her blindfold, showing her that they were standing in Rika’s apartment. They had so many bad memories here, but the good heavily outweighed them. The whole apartment was decorated, roses, balloons, chocolates, and small teddy bears.
   “Zen this is beautiful,” was all she could mutter out before jumping into his arms for a tight hug. “I love you so much.”
   “Nothing is more beautiful than you. I love you too, ___. I want us to grow together from now one, I love how much you’ve been by me, waiting for me. Tonight, I am going to show you, just how much I appreciate you. Tonight is going to mark a new beginning for us,” Zen whispered all of this to her while kissing her neck. Pushing her back until she was sitting on the bed. Zen kneeled in front of her, resting his head on her lap.
   “What are you going on about?” she ran her fingers through his bangs.
   Zen sat up, shifting slightly, ___ was focused on his eyes, expecting a kiss from him.
   “___,” Zen started clearing his throat, causing her to look down at what was in his hand, making her gasp and her vision blur. “Will you mar-” Zen was quickly cut off by ___ hugging him tightly.
   “Yes! Oh, yes, Zen! Yes, I will marry you!” ___ squealed in delight, she started peppering him with kisses all over his face.
   Zen started laughing but stopped long enough to kiss her deeply. “Like I said, tonight is going to mark a new beginning for us. Although, I didn’t mean the proposal alone,” Zen skimmed his lips along her neck.
   “Is the beast ready to play?”
   “Oh, no, not tonight, babe. Tonight, the beast is ready to eat.”
